November 27, 2018: Ivan Gilbert Speaks at Romanian American Chamber of Commerce (RACC) Event in New York, NY USA
Ivan J. Gilbert, Principal of ImmLex Law Group, gave an interactive presentation on employment-based U.S. visas for Romanian business entrepreneurs at Smart Start USA’s conference on “Efficient Financing Solutions for the Internationalization of Romanian Businesses.” The event was hosted by the RACC's New York chapter. Mr. Gilbert's presentation, titled "Building Bridges: Spanning U.S. Business Visa Options for Romanians," provided practical strategies, technical know-how, and tips. Attendees capitalized on the opportunity to engage in direct, first–hand discussions with American Administration local representatives and American businesses representatives, and to discover development opportunities, and the legal and economic particularities of the local market (For a copy of Mr. Gilbert's PowerPoint presentation, click here).
April 8, 2017: ImmLex Law Group Conducts Immigration Seminar in Lviv, Ukraine
ImmLex Law Group presented an interactive, immigration-related educational seminar, entitled “Getting Into America: Overcoming U.S. Immigration and Visa Obstacles.” Hosted by the Premier Dnister Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine, Ivan J. Gilbert, Principal of the firm, led the event.
The seminar offered participants an intensive step-by-step exploration of the U.S. visa and immigration process by a seasoned U.S. immigration attorney, providing valuable information not generally available or offered by the U.S. Embassy in Kiev. In addition to the immigration process, attendees learned secrets about how to develop an effective application strategy, how to overcome visa denials, and how to develop an action plan to position yourself for success. The event also featured an opportunity to speak directly with Mr. Gilbert and engage with colleagues through the ample networking opportunities built into the program for sharing ideas and solutions.
